If you purchase a Club subscription then you will be provided with access to that creator's Club for rolling 30-day periods. Monthly subscription fees will be charged at the time of purchase and every 30 days thereafter unless we notify you in advance of any change to such billing frequency.
Please note that because of iOS App Store and Google Play Store taxes, Subscription purchases on iOS and Android have an additional fee levied on these purchases to offset taxes. Revenue retained by the Club creator is not affected.
If you believe you have been billed in error for a Club subscription or any portion thereof, then please notify us within 60 days of the billing date by sending an email to info@lum.fm. LÜM will not issue refunds or credits after the expiration of this 60-day period, except where required by law or regulation.
