At any time you have the right to deactivate one or multiple services and/or to deactivate your plan. Please note that deactivating your plan will require additional steps such as but not limited to:
- Removing Beats from your Beat Shop
- Accept or decline any active service negotiations for the service(s) you wish to deactivate
Deactivating your services can be done by finding the Deactivate button at the bottom of your service detail edit screen which is found on the Manage tab of your My Exchange.
Please note that deactivating your plan while you have pending service requests will automatically reject any request for the service(s) you choose to deactivate.
If you deactivate your plan then you will be charged one additional monthly fee with the Pro plan terminating 30 days after the final payment date. Pro plan holders who wish to cancel should cancel their plan or notify LÜM of cancellation before the billing date that corresponds to the final month of your Pro plan to avoid unwanted payments.
